• created latest version of the industry standard training program, Passenger Assistance, Safety, and Sensitivity (PASS) 7.0 Online and Passenger/Wheelchair Securement Virtual Classroom Train-the-Trainer Certification course for CTAA
• authored wheelchair and passenger securement manual for CTAA’s PASS 7.0 classroom
• authored A Guide to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Providers (NEMT) for CTAA
• co-developer of CTAA’s Certified Safety & Security Officer Certification program
• created CTAA’s Rideshare Accessibility, Safety, and Sensitivity (RASS) online and classroom training program for Transportation Network Companies (TNC)

Certified Master Trainer for CTAA providing training to

• certify driver Instructors in PASS for community transit, NEMT, and TNC operators nationwide
• certify safety and security officers for community transit systems nationwide in support of the Federal Transit Administration’s Bus Safety & Security Program

Leadership

• directed the Office of Training & Development for a 3,000+ employee urban public transit  provider which included Bus/Rail maintenance and transportation; Safety; and Client Services training and development
•  managed procurements and vendor relations with international firms, colleges, and universities for product development and delivery, and price negotiations
• provided guidance and technical assistance to community transportation programs in      areas such as safety & security; short & long-term program improvements; budgeting; facilities & equipment purchasing
•  served on a national committee which formulated industry standards used by the      Federal Transit Administration for vehicle safety & performance measurement
• fostered  effective communication between local, state, and federal government      officials to improve funding, manage expectations, and facilitate project implementation

Organizational Improvement

• actively participated in organizational strategic business planning and development      for public and private sector organizations
• evaluated  and strategically employed alternative training solutions such as e-learning, including web-based and computer-based training; vehicle simulators; mentoring programs; upward mobility programs
